Wolvesbayne has been able to satisfy the hearts of people. It’s a great horror movie to watch. You will really enjoy watching it. This movie is the most recent effort from horror genre to pit the werewolves against the vampires.
Underworld movies have done the best in last few years but this doesn’t mean other people must not give it a try at least. Griff Fust directed the movie and Leigh Scott penned it. Both seemed to have a great grasp on the movie material. The movie follows Russel Bayne, the hyper capitalist who is only interested in making money.
Russel is a white, young guy interested in driving fancy sports car. He is also quite self-motivated and aloof. One night, while being on his way to home from his workplace, he stops for assisting a woman who is faced with a car problem.
After calling out for some help on his cell by her, Russel goes driving off. He then sees a werewolf attacking the woman in her car. For some cause, Russel stops the car, gets out and makes an attempt to save the lady. He is scratched as he goes to do so and is then attacked by the fearful creature. He fortunately stays alive but learns soon that he is now the target of different animals of night and is drawn soon in the battle between werewolves and vampires.
The movie’s opening scene tells the vampire goddess’s story who simply wished to control all the vampires. But a few sects of the vampires settled on to imprison Lilith (vampire goddess) for she was simply unmanageable and wild.
In present times, the battle wraths up because the vampire clan which Von Griem leads wants to bring Lilith back for destroying human race. The purpose why the vampires want Von Griem to stop is because the plot of the movie puts the vampires in varying mindsets. Some may not want war with mankind. They’re happy with the immortality. However, the other vampires have conqueror mindset and simply want to wipe out the human race from earth’s face.
This is not one of those movies where we all come to learn about lollipops, love and sunshine. The critters of night are hardcore and vicious and this is the reason why the film turns out to be a cool one. It has lots of battle scenes with swords, heavy gunplay, kung fu, knives etc. Most of the movie’s part is choreographed quite well with the restrained budget.
Mark Dascascos needs to be accredited. He is an expert actor when it comes to the action movies. He definitely plays the role of villain in this movie really well. Butler has also put great efforts in this movie to make it a success.
