The film Valentine’s Day is supposedly the biggest film of the year 2010. It has an amazing star cast which includes actors like Julia Roberts, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Carter Jenkins, Eric Dane, Topher Grace, Jennifer Garner, Bradley Cooper, Kathy Bates, Queen Latifah, Taylor Swift, Jamie Foxx, Patrick Dempsey and a host of other illustrious character. The film has ten main characters and all of them are involved in a serious love relationship. The plot of the story is how these lovelorn couples meet on an eventful Valentine’s Day and their relationship gets the fulfillment for which they were craving for a long time.

Kathy Bates’ appearance as the love therapist is very remarkable. The best thing about the film is that director Gary Marshall has portrayed the love relationship of all ages. The film deals with romances of all ages. The teenage love relationship between Samantha Kenny and Tyler Harrington and the relation between Kate and Harrison are dealt with same efficiency and élan. The complication which love brings with it is portrayed through the love between Estelle and Edgar. Reed and Morley are a perfect example of a beautiful yet confused couple.

Katherine Fugate is very careful about her development of characters. The best thing about Valentine’ s Day is that all the characters finally reach a climax. Equal importance is given to all the stars casted in the movie. Whether it’s Julia Roberts with her charismatic personality or Emma Roberts with her simple charm, Marshall has used the potential of every actor with great competence.

One of the several love stories of Valentine’s Day features George Lopez and Queen Latifah. It is the only story of the film, which is still not known to the cine buffs. Slated to be released during the valentine week of 2010, Valentine’s Day is going to entertain young and old alike.
