Up in the Air movie is based on a novel that’s written by Walter Kim. This movie has been wonderfully directed by Jason Reitman and written by Sheldman Turner. Starring Anna Kendrick, George Clooney and Vera Farmiga, this movie is a story about corporate downsizer and his trips to different parts of the nation.
Up in the Air explores the philosophies and life of this professional man. The audiences are given insight to life of an unusual personality. George Clooney acted out the role of Ryan Bingham. He needs to be credited for stealing the show.
The movie’s plot surrounds Bingham’s life and his expeditions. Bingham is hired by the big corporate for performing employee cut offs. No matter how powerful or influential the boss is, sometimes it really becomes difficult for him to chuck off the employees.
Ryan has a strong will with go and get it attitude. Motivational speeches that are delivered by him at the time of laying off sessions will surely impress you. Employees simply become tongue-tied listening to his impressive speeches and looking at his outstanding personality.
According to Ryan it’s best to lead a life without having any relation. He never forces himself to get into any relationship or bind for remaining free or happy in life. Bingham has few principles in his life that he strictly follows. He does not have any personal life. He stays away deliberately from his family members and occasionally meets them.
In the movie, you will find him meeting the family only once at the time of his sister’s wedding. His aim in life is to accrue ten million frequent flyer points. During the business flights, Bingham meets the woman called Alex. Vera Farminga has wonderfully played the role of Alex. She looks great.
Bingham develops fondness for the woman and starts out the casual relation with her. He slowly realizes the feelings dormant in him for long time. Though their relation ends up in the tragic note but incident leaves the deep impression on the mind.
Natalie Keener plays a vital role in the plot. Bingham’s office chose to keep him grounded at the head office in Nebraska because of Natalie’s new layoff system. With the progression of the story, Alex realizes his job’s futility and Natalie too gets frustrated with unusual demands of work.
