Armed men hijack a New York City subway train, holding the passengers hostage in return for a ransom, and turning an ordinary day’s work for dispatcher Walter Garbe into a face-off with the mastermind behind the crime.

Watch The Talking of Pelham123, based on a thriller novel by John Godey and is a remake of the original 1974 film adaption. The movie is about a gang having hijacked a train and demanding a ransom.

Ryder, played by John Travolta, is a criminal mastermind leading a highly armed gang of four. The gang includes a subway-knowledgeable henchman, played by Luis Guzman. Ryder and his gang take control of a New York City train in the subway and demand a ransom to be delivered within 60 minutes. Garber, played by Denzel Washington is a MTA dispatcher, assigned to the Rail Control Centre due to an ongoing investigation. Garber and Ryder exchange conversation while the other hijackers set up wi-fi to enable Ryder to access his laptop. But there is one passenger in the train with an active laptop enabled with webcam which was accidentally knocked to the floor when the passenger was chatting with his girlfriend. When the girlfriend figures out what is going on in the train, she alerts the police station immediately.

Ryder demands that Garber personally deliver the money to him. Garber calls his wife to inform her about his new responsibility to save the hostages. Garber delivers the money with the help of a 9mm gun and then operates the train to another location where the hijackers will exit. But Ryder locks the driving lever in the full speed causing the train to accelerate out-of-control at an extreme speed. Garber manages to escape from the hijackers and helps the hostages to the emergency exit inside an abandoned subway.

Garber confronts Ryder as he is trying to escape. Ryder demands Garber to kill him rather than the NYPD killing him. He Garber 10 seconds else, Ryder tells he will shoot Garber. Garber kills Ryder in 8 seconds and before Ryder stops breathing, he calls Garber a hero.

Directed by Tony Scott, The Talking of Pelham 123 stars John Travolta and Denzel Washington as the main characters. Music is by Harry Gregson-Williams and Colombia Picture and MGM act as the distributors. Released on June 12th, watch The Talking of Pelham 123, only on mymovees.com
