‘The Spy Next Door’ can very well be referred as an action comedy based on a plot, which is a nice blend of fun, comedy and thrill. It is about a CIA agent, who struggles hard in his mission of baby-sitting. It seems to Bob Ho, the agent played by Jackie Chan. He was given the job to take care of the kids of his girlfriend. The kids do not have the liking towards the beau of their mom, hence the task turns out to be yet difficult. The thrill in the movie unfurls as one of the kids downloads a formula, which is a top secret and all of it happens accidentally. Moreover, amidst everything the company gets a visit from a Russian terrorist, Bob’s long time nemesis.

Jackie Chan has wonderfully expressed his emotions wonderfully. On one hand he is finding it extremely difficult to impress the single mother living next-door being an operative undercover. If you are a fan to Chan’s expertise in martial arts, then you will find the movie “The Spy Next Door” particularly enjoyable. The comic aspects mixed up willfully in the movie are another major plus of the movie.

All of you must be well aware of the magic charisma of Jackie Chan and it can very well be considered as very few actors have the power to represent the role in such a nice way. In this movie Jackie has played a father character and it has rightly given him a transition, which is, indeed a great break through in his career.

Along with Jackie Chan, the martial art maestro, the performance of the other cast members cannot be denied in any way. Most of them are well known names in the comic domain and include, Billy Ray Cyrus, Katherine Boecher, George Lopez, Amber Valletta and other eminent and seasoned show stealer. As a whole, “The Spy Next Door” is a funny movie and viewers irrespective of age and interest will surly like the movie.
