The Worldwide Blockbusters, sub-zero hero’s are back again. Watch the incredible adventure of the ‘Ice Age’ characters in their third sequel, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.
In this sequel, Scrat is still nabbing the ever elusive nut and falls in love. A baby mammoth is on its way to the world. Diego is suffering from a feline identity crisis and Sid has hijacked dinosaur eggs.
After the super-hit blockbuster, Ice Age and Ice Age: The Meltdown, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaur is sure going to be another hit. A new life is forming in Ellie. The birth of a baby mammoth leaves Manny anxious to ensure everything is perfectly in order for when his baby arrives. Diego, the sober-toothed tiger is being treated like a house cat. Being with his pals, he is becoming a sober cat unlike the wild cat, once upon a time. Sid the sloth, in pursuit of creating his own family, steals some dinosaur eggs which leads him ending up in a world where dinosaurs roam free. Her herd now has to rescue him for the dinosaurs. Scrat is still holding on to his beloved acorn and finds romance in a female saber-toothed squirrel named Scratte. Dodging dinosaurs and coming face to face with dangers, left-right and centre, the herd meets a one-eyed swashbuckling weasel named buck, who skillfully hunts dinosaurs.
The movie, apart from fun and entertainment is a celebration of parenthood. With Manny and Ellie having a baby mammoth coming and Sid becoming the mother (oh wait! Isn’t he suppose to be a father, owing to his gender?), Dawn of the Dinosaurs is a gift for every mother (and their kids). The best part, Scrat will finally have a new obsession- a new found love.
Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Queen Latifia, Chris Wedge and Simon Pegg have done a fantastic hob offering their voice to the characters. The movie is a must watch for every child and parent for a promising time of entertainment.
