If you want to watch a film, which assures entertainment from the beginning to the end, Frat party will be the best bet. The film revolves round a single plot and the director has taken special care not to overlap the sub plots with the main story. This makes frat party one of the most well made feature films of its times.
The main character Duffy is depicted as typical college going teenager. Duffy had affairs with several girls in the first three years of his college life. In his final semester he finally decides to get married to a wealthy and sexy girl named Adriana. The characters of Duffy and Adriana are poles opposite. Still they are madly in love with each other. Duffy’s dedication to his ladylove is brought out at the end of the story.
As the plot progresses, the audiences realize that the theme of frat party is not the subject of the main plot. The main plot revolves round the love story of Duffy and Adriana. Love is the dominant emotion in the film. The sleazy party and the comic scenes are nothing but fillers to the love life of Duffy. Duffy’s relation with Adriana is drawn in a beautiful manner. They may be young but their loves is matured and can withstand the test of time.
The best part of the movie is when Duffy pulls himself out of a very sticky situation. His friends bring a famous porn star to the frat party and Duffy was given a chance to sleep with the bimbo. She sits on Duffy’s lap and starts seducing the young man with all her tricks. Duffy was hip- deep into the act of debauchery. The audiences may have started feeling negatively about Duffy.
Suddenly the plot takes a new turn when Duffy refuses to proceed further with Jesse Jane. His friends are dumbstruck, the audiences are bewildered and the director successfully conveys his message of true love. Duffy becomes the symbol of love, dedication and commitment. Randy Wayne as Duffy was marvelous in his role. His innocent face, chirpy behavior and above all matured handling of all emotions stands him out in the crowd.
You may say that Frat Part is a romantic comedy disguised as an erotica. The film has done very well in the box office and is liked by audiences irrespective of age. So don’t miss it.
