When the director is James Camaron, expectations must be soaring. This extremely brilliant director gave us a fantastic movie, perhaps one of his best shots, Titanic in the year 1997. It got tremendous success. After watching his Movie Avatar, it can be said that he has been able to maintain his standard. The titanic was based on a love story. The ship was used as a medium and the catastrophe as the catalyst to the story. Here the subject is being treated completely in different way.

Sam Worthington is playing the main character here. The name of his character is Jake Sully. The whole story centers round this character. Jake, who is an ex- mariner, was paralyzed from the waist in a battle. He, therefore, decided to participate in the Avatar show to get back his normal and healthy body. Thus he was ready to journey to Pandora, a dense forest enriched with several terrifying elements. In this very place, Na’vi, a particular human race lives. Their look and behavior is quite monkey like, but their brain is much more developed than a human being. They are harmless and love to live unified in their own world. When some people try to intrude their land in search of some rare kind of minerals, they become impatient and aggressive.

Here comes the actual story. Jake, who is completely innocent about the minerals and everything, becomes a part of the infringement. Avatars take many policies and steps to win over the Na’vis. Audiences here can see some excellent movie and sound effects which are just awesome. James has successfully blended a love story in this adventurous thriller. Jake falls in love with a beautiful, young Na’vi girl. What will happen then? Let it not unfold here, otherwise you will lose interest to watch this film.

It can be said that it is a must watch movie. The cinematography, sound effects, editing special effects; all are just excellent. The director has shown innovation in creating the Nav’s. These blue complexioned, monkey types elements are excellently featured in this film. Sam Worthington is wonderful. This thirty three years old Australian movie star has done a brilliant job. He makes his character convincing to the audiences. Other artists have also justified their characters. The movie released worldwide on the 18th December, 2009 and hoping to be one of the most block bluster Hollywood movies.
